All reporting is aggregated at the school or campaign level only.
2. Minimal Data Collection
Our platform is designed to operate with minimal or no student personal information.
Where data is processed, it is:
Anonymous or de-identified
Used solely to operate the service
Not linked to educational records
We are designed to be COPPA- and FERPA-aware.
3. Advertising & Google Ad Manager
Advertising on our platform is delivered through Google Ad Manager.
Ads are contextual, not personalized
No student profiles are used for ad targeting
We do not provide student data to Google for independent use
Google Ad Manager operates under its own privacy and compliance obligations, which align with industry standards for child- and education-appropriate advertising.
4. Ownership Changes
Like most technology platforms, ownership of the company may change due to acquisition, merger, or restructuring.
In the event of a change in ownership:
Existing privacy commitments will continue to apply
Any material changes to data practices would be communicated transparently
Schools will retain the ability to discontinue use of the platform
We are committed to maintaining privacy-first practices regardless of ownership.

Schools retain full discretion over participation.

Schools may opt out at any time
