Student Data & Advertising Policy

1. No Sale or Use of Student Data

We do not sell, rent, trade, or monetize student personal data.

  • We do not create student profiles

  • We do not track individual student behavior

  • We do not use student data for targeted or behavioral advertising

  • We do not share identifiable student information with advertisers

All reporting is aggregated at the school or campaign level only.



2. Minimal Data Collection

Our platform is designed to operate with minimal or no student personal information.

Where data is processed, it is:

  • Anonymous or de-identified

  • Used solely to operate the service

  • Not linked to educational records

  • We are designed to be COPPA- and FERPA-aware.


3. Advertising & Google Ad Manager

Advertising on our platform is delivered through Google Ad Manager.

  • Ads are contextual, not personalized

  • No student profiles are used for ad targeting

  • We do not provide student data to Google for independent use


Google Ad Manager operates under its own privacy and compliance obligations, which align with industry standards for child- and education-appropriate advertising.



4. Ownership Changes

Like most technology platforms, ownership of the company may change due to acquisition, merger, or restructuring.

In the event of a change in ownership:

  • Existing privacy commitments will continue to apply

  • Any material changes to data practices would be communicated transparently

  • Schools will retain the ability to discontinue use of the platform

  • We are committed to maintaining privacy-first practices regardless of ownership.


5. School Control & Transparency

Schools retain full discretion over participation.

  • Participation is optional

  • Schools may opt out at any time

  • We are available to answer privacy and compliance questions upon request
