Publishing License

Faba Films Publishing License & Duration Policy

This Publishing License outlines the terms under which authors grant Faba Films the right to host, distribute, and monetize their content.


1. Grant of License

By uploading content to Faba Films, you grant Faba Films a:

  • Non-exclusive

  • Worldwide

  • Royalty-bearing (via platform earnings model)

  • Licensable and transferable

license to:

  • Host, display, distribute, and stream your content

  • Convert your content into different formats (including audiobook and translations)

  • Monetize your content through advertising and platform features

You retain full ownership of your work at all times.


2. License Duration

The license is granted for the duration of your selected publishing plan (“Duration Plan”).

  • Your content will remain live and monetized for the active duration of your plan

  • Duration Plans may vary (e.g., monthly, yearly, promotional, or custom terms)

At the end of a plan:

  • Content may be removed, paused, or require renewal to remain active

3. Plan Changes & Flexibility

Faba Films reserves the right to:

  • Modify pricing, features, and duration lengths of all publishing plans at any time

  • Introduce new plans, tiers, or promotional offerings

  • Adjust availability or structure of existing plans

Important:

  • Changes will not retroactively affect active plans

  • However, renewals or future purchases will be subject to the updated pricing and durations

By continuing to use the platform, authors agree to comply with the current plan terms at the time of renewal or purchase.

4. Earnings During License Period

Authors may earn during the active license period based on:

  • Reader engagement

  • Valid ad interactions

  • Platform monetization performance (ePMR)

Disclaimer:

  • Earnings are variable and not guaranteed

  • Revenue depends on factors such as:Ad engagement and completion
    Audience quality and behavior
    Platform conditions and advertiser demand

Faba Films may adjust or withhold earnings for:

  • Invalid traffic

  • Policy violations

  • Fraudulent or artificial engagement

5. Content Removal & Termination

Authors may request content removal; however:

  • Removal may not be immediate due to:Active sessions
    Platform caching
    Ongoing monetization cycles

Faba Films reserves the right to:

  • Remove content at any time for policy violations

  • Suspend or terminate licenses if abuse or non-compliance is detected

6. No Exclusivity Requirement

  • You are free to publish your work elsewhere

  • Faba Films does not require exclusivity

7. Platform Rights During License

During the active license period, Faba Films may:

  • Promote your content across its platform and marketing channels

  • Optimize ad placements and monetization strategies

  • Enhance accessibility (audio, translations, formats)

These actions are intended to maximize both reach and potential earnings.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By publishing on Faba Films, you acknowledge that:

  • You understand and accept the duration-based licensing model

  • Pricing and plan structures may change over time

  • Future participation is subject to current terms at the time of renewal
