By entering a giveaway hosted by Faba Films, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

To be eligible, participants must complete all required entry steps, which may include:
Signing up on the Faba Films website
Tagging two (2) individuals in the designated giveaway post
Sharing the giveaway post to their story
Only entries that fully meet the listed requirements within the giveaway period will be considered valid.

One (1) winner will be selected at random from a list of eligible participants who have completed all required steps.
Selection does not guarantee receipt of the prize.

Faba Films maintains basic standards of professionalism and respectful conduct.
Faba Films reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant or withhold the prize if the entrant:
Fails to meet courtesy or professionalism expectations
Has previously been banned, restricted, or removed from participation in Faba Films programs, platforms, or opportunities
Engages in harassment, abusive behavior, or disruptive conduct toward Faba Films, its team, or its community

Faba Films reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the giveaway at any time, with or without notice.
Faba Films may decline to select a winner if no entrant meets eligibility or conduct standards.

Any prize awarded is subject to Faba Films’ internal review and approval process.
Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value unless otherwise stated.

By entering, participants release Faba Films from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or use of the prize.
