Last Slice follows an office worker who is bullied and humiliated by her coworkers on her birthday. Pushed to her breaking point, she finds a glimmer of hope in a kind stranger. But a sudden act of violence threatens to unravel everything, leading to betrayal and bloodshed—all centered around a slice of cake.
